It replaces a 30 year old Amana fridge that was still running perfectly, but the outside appearance was bad. I have been very disappointed in other newer appliances that I have purchased - too soon to say how long this one will last. Fingers crossed.

Wanted a garage refrigerator to handle all the left overs that over crowd the kitchen refrigerator. Side by sides don't have enough shelf space like the top freezer models do. So when I go shopping all the extra water, pop, butter, bacon, milk, etc. go in the garage refrigerator. I buy in bulk the extra space is great.

We've had our new fridge for a week or so now and apart from a couple of small things, are overall satisfied. We wish it had been made more clear that the Styrofoam piece in the back top of the fridge section is part of the fridge, not packing material, and not to be removed. Luckily we did not remove it without researching first, but an information sticker would have been very helpful. The freezer door gets bumped open whenever you shut the fridge door, so be aware of that, and the recommended fridge temp on the dial is very cold (i found ice crystals in the broth of my soup)We love the sliding deli drawer and the freshness adjustment sliders on the fruit and vegetable drawers. The door has lots of room for drinks and condiments, and the freezer feels much bigger than our old one!

Would have given it a five but I have doubts about the longevity of the ice maker. It™€™s extremely noisy and when the bin is full it makes a noise every 15-20 minutes like it is trying to work or make more ice. If it had something to shut it off when the bin was full it might solve the problem. Though shelves are adjustable, it™€™s not easy. Also, though the shelves are adjustable, it™€™s not easy to do so.

Very spacious and Quiet running. Temp holds a steady 36 degrees. Plenty of light from the LED BULB. Freezer is very cold on standard recommended setting. Door opens very easy and closes with no problem with just a light push. Our last Frigidaire lasted 36 years and this one won't make it that distance but is everything we hoped for in a Frigidaire and will keep buying them because the Quality is in every unit. A +++

It™€™s a good refrigerator but would be nice to have a butter tray in door like most others, shelf material is not as strong as the GE is/was. I do like the glass shelves and storage containers to be able to see what I have without having to open them, and when I do open them they slide so nice. It is quieter than my 28 year old GE was, doesn™€™t run as long either, good thing, the reason I choose the Frigidaire over the GE was because this one was a little bit bigger in the cubic inch for the same price

I love my new fridge. The drawers on the bottom are roomy and slide out easily. The deli drawer also slides out easily and can be moved from side to side as desired. The door shelves are so roomy they hold ALL the condiments and cooking supplies. The only thing I find annoying is that there is no closed butter compartment, which I really miss. I keep the butter in the deli drawer, but I don't like it.

The refrigerator looks nice and the inside has ample lighting, shelving with the glass and all also looks sturdy. The plastic doesn't seem as strong as my Whirlpool refrigerator I had for 22 years which is what this one replaced. The bottom veggi/fruit drawers have rollers which move easy enough but also pop out of place easy. The deli/cheese drawer, which has a nice feature of being able to be slid from one side to the other but the plastic material doesn't seem very sturdy so it will have to be taken care of and used gently. The freezer seems to keep things frozen so far but frost does get onto food packaging etc. Not sure what is going on here with that? The refrigerator part works well with keeping things cold. The doors are tricky with closing them as they have a spring-like mechanism which, if one is not slamming the door shut hard and fast enough, will simply bounce back open and I can't count how many times I'd turn around to see the refrigerator door ajar and not shut. Make sure to have enough force behind your door closing on both doors. I like how the door shelves can hold half gallons of whatever your favorite drink is but I do miss the butter flip up door some. There is enough storage for me inside for various food items so I'm content with that. I've read from others who have owned this same unit and commented after the one year warranty was up to which some have complained about the compressor or pump quitting and not working or other problems of not keeping things cold etc and by the rear design of the fan intake at the bottom, can see maybe why possibly. Time will tell. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from the dealer as I don't want to take a chance on this one. Things just aren't made as well as they used to be and that's an unfortunate thing because it causes people to lose faith and trust in a particular brand and Frigidaire was one of those top brands for refrigerators back in the day and I'm 50 years old. I've had this unit now for almost a month so I'll be curious to see how things are after a year or more into ownership.
