It™™s been a week and so far so good. They look great we love the lighting, easy clean up on the stainless steel, ice maker works great too. I will update after I use it a little bit longer.

Great Freezer so far. I had a previous model for 16 years and expect this one to last just as long. Large cabinet, quiet, very pretty. The door storage is great, and icemaker in the middle is a plus. The only drawback is there are only 2 shelves in the space I need 3 shelves.

We purchased the matching Electrolux refrigerator and freezer towers. And, wow! Just beautiful. We contemplated if the trim kit was necessary and opted not to purchase it as our cabinet maker was able to design around the towers without it much better for our space. We can't attest to the longevity of the units but initial observations are good. We also purchased the 36" induction range and dishwasher. Fingers crossed we made the right choice(s) w/Electrolux.

I purchased the fridge and freezer when I built my home in 2020. The space was wonderful and we thought we made a sound purchase. In 2022 we noticed the hardwood near our freezer was warping. We had an factory certified appliance repair come and at the time they couldn't figure out what was happening, but they tightened some screws and we thought things improved. But a month ago, we had a puddle of water coming from the freezer. The repair person came again and found there is a likely a valve inside the wall of the freezer that is unable to fixed until you take apart the freezer (as it's foamed into place). He believe it was a manufacturing defect and over time the valve finally came apart. The manufacturer warranty is only a year. I called Electrolux twice and they were RUDE, FLIPPANT, and honestly couldn't care less about my issue. Though when there is an actual defect in the product, I have heard warranty shouldn't matter. The only other recourse I believe is filing with BBB or retaining legal counsel. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE ELECTROLUX.

After our refrigerator was installed there seemed to be a water leak from the filter area. Fortunately we got a hold of someone, they fixed the manufacturing flaw and we've been good since. My wife loves how it looks in our kitchen. Truly looks a little more luxurious than an average refrigerator.

Another 1-star review here with the same story as the others: just outside the warranty window, this freezer blew its compressor and I replaced it with a new compressor at significant cost. Not a month later, the thing started leaking. Five visits from service technicians later the problem was diagnosed back to the ice maker and deemed unrepairable. I was planning to buy an identical replacement unit, figuring maybe I got a lemon, because I also bought the matching refrigerator. Now reading the rest of the reviews with identical catastrophic icemaker leak failure less than 2 years in, I don't know if it's worth taking the chance.

Like other 1 star reviews, the ice maker stopped working at 13 months and began leaking water damaging the floor. Instead of acknowledging what appears to be a new re-occurring issue and replacing 13 month old units, they will only offer 40% off new purchase. That is unacceptable for the amount of money you pay.

We got this freezer with the matching refrigerator and 79™ trim kit. It is super well organized with the door storage, pullout drawers, soft feeezer drawer and wide deep shelves. The double pullout ice bin is a great feature. It stays very cold and it™™s easy to find things.

I love the amount of space this freezer offers. The storage drawers as well as the shelving allow you to organize everything so that you can see it easily. I love the grey color interior. The only kind of negative is that it can be a little tight to pull out the ice tray, but once you get the hang of it, it's no big deal.

The freezer works really well and has lots of drawers, organizational options to keep things separate, and space! It makes lots of ice and keeps everything frozen. I have a similar fridge that I bought a couple of years prior, and that has also worked really well over the years.

This freezer is continuously leaking in one of my clients vacation homes. It is leaking from a very specific spot in the back. We have had two local appliance repairmen come out for them to tell us it is not something that can be repaired. We reached out Electrolux's repair tech and received the same answer. Per the tech from Electrolux this is due to a faulty unit. It is no fault of the homeowner, who has never moved this freezer and has only used it minimally due to it being in a vacation home. We were told by the tech to contact customer service so we did. I spoke with Tonichi but under the chat box it said Jose. So I am unsure which person I was actually speaking with. In no uncertain terms, I was told because it is no longer under the manufacturer warranty I was out of luck and needed to have the homeowner purchase a new one. While I understand it is out of the manufacturer's warranty by client was sold a faulty unit. I lemon in the freezer world if you will. The freezer is less than two years old and essentially a paper weight at this point and all Electrolux and it's dutiful employees can offer us is a "Sorry. Not our problem." I have never experienced such a nonchalant attitude from a company we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with. The mountains of North Carolina will NEVER have another Electrolux product in their homes again.

We purchased this freezer (and matching refrigerator) to replace the previous models of the same type which were already in place in our kitchen when we purchased our home. The original units both still worked, unfortunately, the door on the refrigerator broke due to some rough housing boys. That being said, we were thrilled that replacements were available and that they were better than the originals in both form and function. More usable space and a much more refined look on the inside with the stainless steel and gray interior.

The first freezer we received was a lemon. It worked for 24 hours and then the condenser died. Super annoying and inconvenient for a brand new and expensive fridge. It took 3 weeks to get the new freezer, but at least this one seems to be working well so far.

We've been using our new freezer for the last 3 weeks and in one word, "AWESOME" We partially remodeled our gargage and needed an upgrade from our 20+ year old chest freezer. It was tough to find items in there as they would fall to the bottom and be lost for months. We needed a tall stand alone freezer that could hold all the items and not be on a scavenger hunt to find anything. The Electrolux was the solution. We absolutely love this beast. Holds everything we have and the best part, we can find the items easily. Definitely a must have for familes needing more freezer space.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would NOT recommend purchasing this freezer. We have had our freezer for about 18 months. It is beautiful. HOWEVER the ice machine broke. We are just outside of our 1 year warranty and there is no way to fix the ice machine. The only resolution Electrolux is offering is 40% off a purchase of a new freezer. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! According to our service technician, this is a known problem - he has seen multiple freezers with this issue. If they know about this problem, they should be responsible for fixing it. I have always purchased Electrolux appliances because of their quality. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in their service and how poorly they are standing behind the quality of their products now.

Excellent quality, sleek and clean design! Perfect combination with matched 19 CF refrigerator (see pic). Love the soft freeze drawer - awesome feature! Ample shelving and storage bins. Inside ice dispenser facilitates the sleek appearance of the outside door panel. Very quiet operation. Plan to construct surround cabinet which can easily be done by removing the trim kit that is held on by magnets. Amazing storage capacity! There is not a thing we would change - Electrolux thought of it all!

Wow! This freezer is perfect in every way. I am used to having a deep freezer out in the garage, but I've never had a huge freezer in my kitchen. The convenience of being able to keep everything in the kitchen is unbeatable and has made cooking and storing SO much easier. So let's start on the outside - this freezer is a centerpiece of any kitchen. I have mine divided from the fridge with floating shelves and drawers and I absolutely love this layout - we can have a few decorations and storage between. Plus, it just looks amazing. Everybody comments on the fridge and freezer when they walk in - it's a true "wow factor" to our new kitchen.The inside is SO well designed. By far the coolest part is the soft freeze drawer. I have a sweet tooth and I love a little ice cream at night sometimes, but I always have to get it out, let it sit on the counter for 10-20 minutes, and wait for it to soften. Not anymore! If you leave ice cream in the soft freeze drawer you can eat it the second you take it out. It doesn't make it too melty, just perfect. This should be a mandatory in every freezer from now on!It holds a ton but it's not so deep that you can't find anything. When we had a normal freezer it was always packed full and we couldn't find anything, so lots went to waste. Now everything is easily visible and well organized, and the shelves are so easy to move if you need to put in something bigger. We sometimes have frozen pizzas and the boxes fit no problem. The ice maker is great too. It fills into a pull out drawer so you can easily get ice out with the included scoop. Plus, if you're having a party, you can swithch out and fill the second bin next to it so you can store more ice - but it doesn't take up a lot of space on a normal basis. We can use that second bin as "flex" for more ice as needed. Also, the ice turned into a block instantly in our old freezer, but somehow this ice stays perfect so you don't have to constantly dump and restart.Overall, this freezer is a dream. I can't imagine going back to having a small freezer now because of the convenience, great features, and amazing looks of this freezer. I can find everything instantly, store a ton, and I'm so happy with my new freezer!
